  • Ready-to-ship pieces: 7–10 business days

  • Made-to-order pieces: 3–4 weeks, depending on design complexity

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days after dispatch

3. International Shipping

  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout

  • Delivery timeline: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather, or customs may occur.

6. Packaging
All garments are securely packaged to preserve their structure, embroidery, and finish during transit.
