At Rajat Tangri, each garment is a piece of wearable art, thoughtfully crafted with precision and care. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we maintain a strict yet fair returns and exchange policy.
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
All made-to-order, customized, and altered garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are tailored specifically for you.
2. Ready-to-Wear Orders
We accept exchange requests on ready-to-wear pieces under the following conditions:

Request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All tags must be intact
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with:

Once approved, our team will guide you through the process. Please note no return or exchange is applicable if the customer just changes their mind about the purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or store credit after verification.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved cases will be eligible for store credit only, valid for a limited period.
6. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to logistics and customs constraints.
